Function Description:

  • Guarantee the provision of an excellent customer service;
  • Develop and implement loyalty strategies and increase quality in relation with customers;
  • Formulation of satisfaction surveys;
  • Follow-up of corporate clients;
  • Management of orders.

 

Skills:

  • Minimum qualifications at the secondary education level;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar functions;
  • Domain of the English language (obligatory factor);
  • Domain of Office tools (Excel and Outlook);
  • Knowledge of the Primavera program (preferential factor).
