Pearly white beaches, a bright blue sea and a shining sun in a clear, blue sky. Can you picture that? Perfect, because that is the decor of your work placement where your team will steal the show! All this, in Mallorca, Menorca or Ibiza. As a born leader with experience in the Hotel Entertainment you will guide the team in Spain for half a year and ensure that the holidaymakers – and yourself of course – have an amazing, unforgettable experience. It's the perfect way to save money for your dream tip, build up your work experience as a Teamleader within the hotel en-tertainment world and enjoy Spain at the same time.

Your guests will have the time of their life. You too, because:

• Work hard play hard! Together with your colleagues and the guests, you will make a feast out of every day by organizing amazing activities for young and old.

• With the sun on your face, you will be doing what you enjoy, what you are good at, and that is what you radiate.

• You have one and a halve day off a week. You might as well spend those days on the beach, visiting other area's of the Island or enjoying some local food.

Your skills:

After a couple of years as an entertainer or teamleader with a different company, you're experienced and ready for a new challenge!

• You speak English as well as some German, Spanish or French.

• As you are a natural leader, you know how to solve issues in a team, lead by example and be a great entertainer yourself!

• Guests simply adore you! The little ones as well as the teenagers and their parents.

• You are flexible to start the complimentary teamleader training late February or beginning of March. Also, you can finish the season and work until October 31st.

What do we offer you:

• Money. Based upon your experience you will be paid between €1000 and €1500 net a month.

• Accommodation and meals are included.

• Transfers will be paid for you, as well as your flight home when you have com-pleted your contract with us.

• One and a half day off a week.

• Every week you have one and a half days free and you accumulate holiday days that will be paid out once your contract has ended.
