• Independent operation of CNC lathes
• Control and monitoring of the manufacturing process
• Set-up and adjustment of machines and tool selection
• Monitoring and improvement of production steps
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs
• Maintenance of the machines
• Quality control of the manufactured pieces

• You have completed training in a metal profession, e.g. machining technology, toolmaker
• You have already gained professional experience as a CNC lathe operator and are interested in developing yourself further in this area.
• Reading and interpreting drawings is easy for you
• Your way of working is precise and quality-oriented
• You like to work independently and are a team player
• You are willing to work either in the afternoon or alternately with a morning/afternoon start
