The purpose of this role is to develop Citrix customer base selling our technical support services directly to end user (B2B sales) 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from warm lead qualification to closing deals (no cold calling)
  • Grow the support opportunity sales pipeline on a quarterly basis
  • Sell Citrix support services to direct clients
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients
  • Sell and up-sell Citrix service offerings to installed base customers
  • Work towards quarterly targetsForecasting

 

Experience and Skills that you need to be successful in the role:

  • 1+ years B2B sales experience, preferably IT or Service sales
  • Proven ability to sales and track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets
  • Previous sales experience needs to include owning the negotiation, objection handling and closing part. (lead generation and cold calling are not necessary in this role).
  • Fluent / native level of German and fluent Englsih and experience selling into the relevant market
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent team player attitude, with the ability to work independently.
